Terms of Use

Effective Date: August 25th, 2026

Last Updated: August 25th, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of precisionfinancialpro.com (the “Website”), operated by Precision Financial Consulting (“Precision Financial Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Website Purpose

The Website provides general information about Precision Financial Consulting and its accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, QuickBooks, cash-flow, internal-control, business consulting, and fractional controller or CFO services.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice based on your particular circumstances.

2. No Professional Relationship

Accessing the Website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, subscribing to communications, or communicating with us does not by itself create an accountant-client, tax professional-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship.

A professional relationship is formed only after both parties execute an applicable engagement agreement or otherwise expressly agree in writing to an engagement.

Until an engagement is confirmed, do not send confidential or sensitive financial, tax, identity, payroll, banking, or business information through a general contact form or ordinary email. Information submitted before an engagement is accepted may not be treated as client information unless required by law.

3. No Tax, Legal, Investment, or Financial Advice

Website content does not constitute individualized accounting, tax, legal, investment, securities, insurance, or financial-planning advice.

Precision Financial Consulting does not represent through this Website that it is acting as an attorney, investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary. References to financial planning, investment strategies, wealth management, tax optimization, business growth, or similar subjects are general in nature unless specific services are separately described and agreed to in writing.

You should consult appropriately licensed professionals before making decisions involving taxes, investments, securities, legal rights, insurance, or other regulated matters.

4. No Guarantees

Financial, tax, business, and operational outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee:

- Particular financial, tax, investment, revenue, savings, financing, or business results.

- The accuracy of projections, estimates, forecasts, or forward-looking statements.

- Eligibility for any tax treatment, deduction, credit, funding, or other benefit.

- That Website content will remain current or apply to your circumstances.

Past results and examples do not guarantee future outcomes.

5. Client Services

Any professional services we provide are governed by a separate proposal, engagement letter, service agreement, or similar written contract. If these Terms conflict with an executed client agreement regarding the contracted services, the client agreement controls for those services.

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information when obtaining services. We may rely on information supplied by you or your authorized representatives unless the applicable engagement agreement states otherwise.

6. Permitted Use

You may use the Website only for lawful, personal, or legitimate business purposes. You may not:

- Violate applicable laws or regulations.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or related systems.

- Interfere with the Website’s security, availability, or operation.

- Introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive material.

- Scrape, harvest, or collect information using automated means without written permission.

- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

- Use Website content to create a competing service or misleading publication.

- Infringe our rights or the rights of another party.

- Use the Website to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or abusive content.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

7. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content—including text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, downloads, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Precision Financial Consulting and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Website for lawful informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, publicly display, or create derivative works from Website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Names and logos belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners

8. User Submissions

If you submit information through the Website, you represent that:

- The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

- You have authority to provide it.

- Its submission does not violate another party’s rights or applicable law.

- It does not contain malicious code or unlawful material.

You grant us permission to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate or provide requested services, operate our business, and comply with law, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable client agreement.

9. Communications

By providing contact information, you authorize us to respond to your inquiry using the contact methods you provide. Newsletter and marketing communications may be discontinued through the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us.

Providing a telephone number does not constitute consent to receive automated marketing calls or text messages unless you separately provide any consent required by law.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including scheduling, accounting, payroll, payment, or social-media platforms. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, products, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms established by those parties.

11. Website Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, secure, accurate, complete, or free from errors or harmful components.

We may correct errors and update information without notice.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR NEEDS.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECISION FINANCIAL CONSULTING AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability related to contracted professional services is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Precision Financial Consulting and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding arising exclusively from use of the Website must be brought in a state or federal court located in Los Angeles County, California, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

17. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

18. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning general use of the Website. They do not replace or amend an executed client engagement agreement.
