Why Andrew Went Independent

Andrew Ilbegi spent a decade in public and private accounting, most of it inside companies rather than advising them from the outside. He built finance departments from scratch, managed teams, produced board reporting packages, and cleaned up more QuickBooks files than he cares to count.

Somewhere in there, a pattern got hard to ignore. The businesses that needed this work most were the ones that could least justify a full-time Controller salary. So they went without, and their books showed it.
