Hand it off and stop thinking about it.

Monthly bookkeeping that runs on a schedule you can count on. You answer the occasional email. That's the whole job

Same person every month

Flat monthly rate, agreed upfront

Financials delivered on a set schedule

The problem with doing it yourself

You didn't start this business to do data entry

Disorganized books aren't just an inconvenience. They cost you in missed deductions, bad decisions, and tax exposure you don't know about yet.

Sunday nights

Categorizing transactions at 11pm because it's the only time there is. Again.

The catch-up cycle

You fall behind, panic, catch up in one exhausting session, then fall behind again. The books are only accurate a few days a year.

You're not sure it's right

You've been doing it, but nobody's ever checked. There could be two years of mistakes compounding and you'd have no way to know.

You never know where you stand

Somebody asks how the business is doing mid-year and you genuinely can't answer without a week of work first.

Bookkeeper turnover

You've had someone before. They left, or got sloppy, or you were never sure they knew what they were doing.

Tax season is an event

It should be a filing. Instead it's a three-week excavation project every spring.

What We Deliver

What actually happens each month

Transactions categorized

Every transaction coded correctly and consistently, so your numbers compare period to period and mean something.

Accounts reconciled

Bank, credit card, and loan accounts reconciled to statements. Discrepancies get traced and fixed, not plugged.

Financials delivered on schedule

P&L and balance sheet, on a set date every month. You stop wondering and start knowing.

AP and AR handled

Bills entered and scheduled, invoices sent, deposits recorded, and collections followed up on if that's part of the scope.

Year-end ready

1099s prepared and filed, and books handed to your CPA in a state they can use immediately.

Someone who knows your business

Not a ticket queue. The same person every month, who remembers how you operate and notices when something looks off.

What makes this different

You work with Andrew.Every month.

Most bookkeeping firms route you to whoever's available. Your file gets handled by a rotating cast, none of whom have context on your business, and the institutional knowledge lives in a shared inbox.

Andrew does the work himself. He knows what your December always looks like, which vendor bills twice, and which client pays late. That context is most of the value, and it's the thing that disappears when your books get passed around.

"I used to dread doing my books and taxes but once I hired Andrew, I don't even think about it anymore. I just answer some questions via email once in a while and I am very satisfied. I couldn't be happier really.

- Michael Kuzian · CEO & Founder, MAK Construction and Woodwork"

Getting started

How onboarding works

1

Free 15-minute call

Andrew looks at where things stand and tells you what ongoing support would actually involve for a business like yours.

2

Cleanup first, if needed

If the books need work before monthly service makes sense, that gets quoted separately and handled first. Starting monthly bookkeeping on a broken foundation

3

Flat monthly rate

Based on volume and complexity, agreed before anything starts.

4

The monthly rhythm begins

You get financials on a set schedule and a short email when Andrew needs something. That's the ongoing time commitment.

Common Questions

What People Ask Before They Book

How much does monthly bookkeeping cost?

It's a flat monthly rate based on transaction volume, number of accounts, and how complex the business is. You get the number before you commit. No hourly billing.

Do I need a cleanup first?

Sometimes. If the existing books have real problems, fixing them first is cheaper than building on top of them. Andrew will tell you honestly on the call, including if the answer is no.

What software do you work in?

QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.

Do you do my taxes too?

Books are kept tax-ready year round, and there's tax support available. What that looks like depends on your situation, so ask on the call.

Can I start small and add more later?

Yes. Plenty of people start with the basics and expand scope as the business grows. Some eventually move up to fractional Controller work.

What if I already have a bookkeeper?

That's a normal reason to call. Sometimes the answer is that yours is doing fine. Sometimes it isn't. Either way you'll get a straight answer.
